Information Retrieval and Storage
When accessing this web site, the servers at the back-end will automatically retrieve general information about your visit, among them the type and version of your web browser, your operating system, the domain of your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your IP Address and similar information.

This information does not allow any insight on your identity, except the IP Address if requested via your ISP. The information retrieved is required to guarantee the communication between your web browser and the server hosting this site.

Server-side, log files are written that contain this information as well. Our provider (Surftown/Cohaesio Group, Denmark) does not provide this information to us, their client, but instead obscures the IP Addresses when sending us log files.
In addition, the software used to operate this web site (WordPress) has the ability to recognize and store IP Addresses of our visitors. This feature has been disabled for this web site, your IP Address will be obscured and the obscured information will be saved to our database. At no point, non-obscured data is stored anywhere in our systems and we have no technical means to circumvent the obfuscation at a later point in time.

All other data such as your country, your browser, your operating system, and the time of access are logged for statistical means and allow us to tailor the content of this site to the needs of our users.

Registering With Us
The feature to register on this web site has been disabled. At no point in time you are asked to provide personal data, unless you buy products – electronical or physical – from Air War Publications. If you do so you also accept the storage of your name, address, email and telephone number for at least 1 year (due to audit purposes).

Web Shop

Delivery/Taxes
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address provided by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.

If your delivery address is outside of Denmark, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Air War Publications advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Furthermore, no VAT is paid of the shipping and handling cost.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Payment Information
No card or payment information is stored in our shop. Your card information is only used to carry out the transaction in the payment window by our card payment provider Yourpay (link).

Shipping Information
All prices include Danish sales tax (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. Price of shipping is stated separately from the book price because it may vary from country to country.

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in Denmark. Danish law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from Air War Publications and airwarpublications.com.

Air War Publications aims to arrange shipment of items within 3 days of receiving your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

eArticles
An eArticle is an electronic product you buy from Air War Publications, and following the purchase you can download it to your computer, tablet or any other device capable of viewing PDF-files. Shortly after you complete the purchase of an eArticle, an email is sent to you with the download link(s). The download(s) link is valid for 14 days after purchase. In rare cases the email may take 1-2 hours to arrive. In case you have not received it four hours after purchase, please check your spam filter and if not there, please send us a message via the Contact Us page.

Customer Data
No customer data will be given, sold or exchanged with any third party, and is stored in accordance with Danish law. Next to the aforementioned technical information, except for orders placed on this web site, no personal data is recorded by this web site. If you purchase products – electronical or physical – from Air War Publications you accept the storage of your name, address, email and telephone number for at least 1 year (due to audit purposes).

By using our web shop and this site, you are accepting this statement as “Information” in the sense of the GDPR. You may still direct a request to us, to correct, erase or object to the storage of your personal data. Such request will be honored within 7 days.

By signing up to our newsletter you accept the storage of your name and email on the Mailchimp servers (link), which is the system used to handle our newsletters.
