Welcome to Air War Publications. Our aim is to produce and publish high-quality, extensively researched, and fully illustrated books about Second World War aviation history.

We are very pleased to announce that our company’s first title, ‘Focke-Wulf Fw 190 in the Battle for Sicily’, is now available. This book, written by Morten Jessen and Andrew Arthy, is a sequel to ‘Focke-Wulf Fw 190 in North Africa’, which was published in 2004. The new book is the result of six years of research, and is based on interviews and correspondence with participating Fw 190 pilots, along with a wide variety of other primary and secondary sources. The 224-page book features eight chapters, ten appendices, a comprehensive index, eleven colour aircraft profiles by renowned artist Claes Sundin, sixteen colour maps, twelve illustrations, and 140 photographs.
